I am a  Licensed & Certified Massage Therapist, Owner of Essential Massage & Bodywork and a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). 

I graduated from Wellness and Massage Training Institute (WMTI) in Woodridge IL in 2008 and have been practicing in the Naperville IL area and working for a local chiropractor since then.

I am passionate about massage and the massage therapy field and continue to be amazed at all the many benefits and wonderful results massage has given and continues to give to people.  It gives me great joy to be able to help people become pain free and have more mobility after their massage than when they arrived.

I do intuitive therapeutic massage and have experience in working with the following conditions: carpal tunnel, rotator cuff/frozen shoulder issues, sciatica, whiplash, plantar fascitis, fibromyalgia, migranes, headaches, back, hip, knee pain, stiff  necks, tennis elbow, golfer elbow, thoracic outlet syndrome, scar tissue, etc.
